Queen
Victoria
The
first Queen Victoria stamps were issued in 1862 all were
6d stamps with a price of up to £6000. The last set came
out in 1884 to 1887 and consisted of 5 stamps with a
catalogue value of £200 for the
set.
King Edward
Vll
Two sets were
issued in the reign of Edward Vll, the first came out in
1903 to 1907 and had 10 stamps in the set with a combined
catalogue value of £250. The second came out in 1908 and
overlapped into the reign of George V this set had 8 stamps
with the highest value being the 2/- SG50 with a value of
£90+.
King George
V
The first stamps
of George V were issued in 1916 one of the best sets
being 1921 to
1929 with 16 stamps in the set and a combined value of
£170+. The other nice set is the 1932 Tercentenary with
the best stamp being the 5/- SG90 with a value of
£100+.
King George
Vl
Just one good set
in this reign which was issued from 1938 to 1951, this
consisted of 12 stamps with the key value being the 2/6 SG106
with a price of
£48+.
Queen Elizabeth
ll
The best set from this series is the
1953 to 1962, using the designs previously used for the
George Vl set which had 15 stamps with a combined value
of £50+.
