Welcome to our page on Ceylon Stamps
Ceylon first issued stamps in 1857.
All the stamps between 1857 and 1865 are of a good design
and are well worth collecting, SG numbers 1-59, collect in
mounted mint or used condition. Do not pay any more than
50% of the catalogue
value.

Areas
Lookout for all the early stamps from
c1857 through to c1870, these are great stamps to have in
one's collection and are very hard to find in fine used
and mounted mint condition. Prices are not cheap but the
stamps should prove to be be a sound investment for the
future, as always the choice must be
yours.
