The
first stamps appeared in 1911 and consisted of set
of seven Fiji stamps, overprinted Gilbert and Ellice
Protectorate this set is quite hard to find in good
used condition and is priced at £275. A very nice
set was issued between 1912-1924 with the One
Pound SG24 being a very popular stamp, with a price
tag of £550 in mint and £1,400 in used condition (very
hard to find).
King George Vl
Only
one set from this period which was issued between 1938
-1955 and consisting of 12 stamps, with a catalogue value
of only £38 in mint condition and slightly more in
used.
Queen Elizabeth
ll
Again
just one nice set issued between 1956-1962 this set has
12 stamps with a total value of
£60.
