Queen Victoria

The first stamps were issued in 1852 being the "Scinde Dawk" embossed stamps, with the S3 1/2 Anna scarlet being the rarist with a catalogue value of £75,000 in mint and £100,000 in used condition. Other nice stamps were issued from 1854-1902, the only high values being issued in 1895 with 3 stamps having values from 2 Rupees to 5 Rupees.

King Edward Vll

Just one set issued from this reign, this being the 1902-1911 set of 17 stamps with values from the 3 Pie grey to the 25 Rupee orange and blue. This stamp is very hard to find in either mint or used condition, prices for both can be as high as £900.

King George V

Two large sets from this period, the first issued in 1911 and consists of 19 stamps, the rarist being the 25 Rupee, with a price tag of £190 in mint and £35 in used condition.  The second set was issued between 1926-1933 and again the 25 Rupee being the hardest to find, with a price of £110 in mint and £38 in used condition.

King George Vl

The best set from this period was issued between 1937-1940 and consisted of 18 stamps with the top value being the 25 Rupee with a value of £120 in mint condition.  Another very popular set from this period is the 1948 Gandhi set of 4 stamps which although is only catalogued at £60, it always fetches top price.

Queen Elizabeth ll

Lots of sets from this period but nothing stands out.
